Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following Monday.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes will be made once an order has entered processing.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Delivery
- Standard shipping arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch for most U.S. destinations.
- Delivery times to Canada and remote ZIP Codes and Postal Codes may be longer.
- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside of our reasonable control.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free standard shipping on all orders over US$75.00 after any applied discounts or promo codes.
Where We Ship
- Currently, we ship to most addresses within the Continental United States and Canada.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Canadian Orders – Duties, Taxes and Brokerage
- Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges levied at delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, please contact us so we can make it right. Details on how to do that are set out in our Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
Returns & Refunds
The “First Sip” Guarantee
We want you to love your experience. If you are trying us for the first time and don’t feel the shift, please let us know. We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on your first 4-pack or single-unit purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged (we know, glass and liquids can be tricky) or you received the wrong items:

Take a photo of the damaged product/packaging.

Email us at fun@wearefunloving.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product being a food/beverage item, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened cans for safety and quality reasons.
Refunds
If a refund is approved under our satisfaction guarantee, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
