What’s NOT in it?
Cannabis. Kratom. Kava. Alcohol. Caffeine. Added sugar. You won’t find any in Misdemeanor. Misdemeanor is its own thing — not a stand-in for any of the above.
Is there alcohol in it?
No. Misdemeanor is alcohol-free. It’s designed to give you the good parts of a night out without the parts you’d rather not remember (or feel the next morning).
Is it safe with medications?
Kanna interacts with the serotonin system, so Misdemeanor is not recommended if you’re taking SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, or other serotonergic medications. If you’re on any prescription, talk to your doctor before trying it. Do not take if you’re pregnant or nursing.
What does it taste like?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $75 ship free. Below that, standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Stock up and we’ll cover the ride.
How quickly are orders processed?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following Monday. Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering—we can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch for most U.S. destinations. Delivery to Canada and remote ZIP/Postal Codes may take longer. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over US$75.00, after any applied discounts or promo codes.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most addresses within the Continental United States and Canada. We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Will I owe duties or taxes on Canadian orders?
Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges levied at delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient and, unless you see it added at check out, are not included in the price.
What if my order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect?
If your shipment arrives damaged (we know glass and liquids can be tricky), is missing items, or contains the wrong product, take a photo of the damaged product/packaging and email us at fun@wearefunloving.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Can I return product?
Due to the nature of our product being a food/beverage item, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened bottles for safety and quality reasons.
How are refunds handled?
If a refund is approved under our satisfaction guarantee, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
